Hallan a un ex combatiente de Malvinas desaparecido desde el fin de la guerra

El hombre, ahora de 57 años, había sido maquinista en el destructor de la Armada Comodoro Py. Fue encontrado por un grupo de ex compañeros en una quinta abandonada, en medio de un monte, en Concordia. Vivía solo, en la más absoluta pobreza.

Como tantos otros, en 1982,  Francisco Fherenbacher fue llamado a pelear por la soberanía de las Islas Malvinas. Fue maquinista en el destructor ARA Comodoro Py y, cuando terminó la guerra, desapareció. Nunca más se supo nada de él. Al menos no hasta ahora, cuando un grupo de ex combatientes lo encontró en Concordia, Entre Ríos. El ex suboficial de la Armada, ya de 57 años, fue hallado en estado de abandono y con sus facultades mentales alteradas.

El hallazgo se produjo de casualidad. Fue durante una visita a una escuela de la localidad entrerriana de La Criolla, que ex soldados –pertenecientes al Centro de Ex Combatientes de Concordia-  escucharon un rumor que los intrigó: en medio del monte, en una quinta derruída, vivía un hombre que repetía, sin cesar, que él había peleado en Malvinas.

Hasta allí fueron para averiguar si la historia escuchada en boca de los vecinos era cierta. Y lo era. Por esas vueltas de la vida, en ese lugar se encontraron con su ex compañero de batalla  Fherenbacher, a quien los registros daban por perdido desde el final de la guerra. Tantos años sin saber de él habían hecho que, incluso sus propios compañeros, pensaran que podía haberse suicidado.

Pero no era así. El ex maquinista vivía como un ermitaño, en un precario refugio en  medio de una quinta abandonada que pertenecía a su familia. No tenía luz, ni agua y se mantenía gracias a los alimentos que le hacía llegar un hermano.

Cuando se reencontró con sus ex camaradas, Fherenbacher volvió a ser –por un instante- el mismo de entonces. Se le iluminó la cara al reconocer a uno de sus compañeros de antaño, pero la lucidez fue pasajera. Casi de inmediato, contaron sus ex colegas, volvió a comportarse de manera errática y abstraída.

Fherenbacher era uno de los pocos veteranos de guerra que nunca había podido ser ubicado tras la guerra. Tal vez porque en los registros de la Armada figuraba como Fehrenbacher o porque los dos últimos números de su DNI habían sido mal anotados, si de explicaciones burocráticas se tratara…

Tras el hallazgo, en el Centro de Malvinas de Concordia adelantaron que iniciarán los trámites para que Fherenbacher sea incorporado a la obra social de los ex combatientes. También, aseguraron, se ocuparán de que reciba la contención psiquiátrica y psicológica que necesita.

Duhalde afirma que Sergio Schoklender es yerno de Hebe.

	Lo dijo en una entrevista con Mauro Viale: «Schoklender es yerno de Hebe Pastor de Bonafini». El candidato a presidente denunció que en el Gobierno ronda «un complejo de culpa porque no hicieron lo que debían» durante la dictadura. Además, acusó al Ejecutivo Nacional de priorizar los juicios a los represores en lugar de la salud, la educación y la mortalidad infantil. También descalificó a la política de Derechos Humanos desarrollada por el Gobierno Nacional y le reclamó que priorice la construcción de programas sociales que palien la mortalidad infantil y las falencias en los sectores de la educación. «Estoy harto de que los derechos humanos sean para sólo siete años trágicos de nuestra historia», dijo el ex presidente. Aunque aclaró que los juicios a represores deber continuar oficiándose «sin aprietes, con verdad y justicia», remarcó que también son derechos humanos «la mortalidad infantil, la salud y la materia». «Nuestra conciencia tiene que estar en que hay millones de personas que luchan por comer al otro día frente a la indiferencia del Gobierno», esclareció. El candidato a presidente por Unión Popular acusó al Gobierno de padecer «un complejo de culpa porque no hicieron lo que debieron hacer cuando los militares desaparecían a miles de jóvenes». «Yo no tuve actitudes heroicas durante la dictadura; cumplí mi deber como intendente: me destrozaron el estudio y mi casa; y me tuve que esconder con la familia», recordó quien en 2003 indultó al ex coronel carapintada Mohamed Alí Seineldín. Abocado al fragoroso rodeo de causas judiciales que involucran a la fundación Madres de Plaza de Mayo a partir de la renuncia de su ex apoderado Sergio Schoklender, Duhalde franqueó una opinión directa sobre el caso pero cuestionó en duros términos a Hebe de Bonafini. «Tuvo una actitud y actividad que reconozco, pero no puede esta permanentemente cantando loas al terrorismo internacional, aplaudir a la ETA en España, la narcoguerrilla de Colombia. Si quiere hacerlo, que lo haga, pero no es modelo para exhibir», apuntó. Y en su lugar enalteció «la actitud digna» de la línea fundadora de la agrupación, encabezada por Nora Cortiñas, «porque no se han convertido en empresarias» ni «tienen radio ni recibieron dinero». El también ex gobernador de Buenos Aires redobló sus diatribas al subrayar que Hebe de Bonafini «no tiene derecho para insultar y agraviar a todos el mundo». «Acá en la Argentina es todo es hipocresía, ¿por qué hay callar una verdad que todos conocemos?», ironizó.

El suceso se produjo en Mysore, una ciudad del sudoeste indio en el estado de Karnataka. Los elefantes  estuvieron durante tres horas a su libre albedrío antes de que fueran reducidos y atados a sendos arboles.

Según el ministro estatal de Educación Superior, S.A Ramdas, la víctima mortal, Renuka Prasad, fue embestido por los elefantes cuando salía de su casa para saber que ocurría tras escuchar el griterío de la gente en la calle por la llegada de los animales.

Ramdas explicó que uno de los elefantes entró a continuación en un colegio femenino después de romper la valla que protegía el recinto, y que el otro penetró en un área residencial y en un mercado.

Los paquidermos procedían de un bosque cercano a Mysore y las autoridades creen que irrumpieron en la ciudad para buscar comida, cada vez más escasa en el reducido habitat que el crecimiento urbano de la localidad les ha dejado.

Porque en el último gran acto público de las Madres, el 24 de marzo de 2011, para recordar el aniversario 35 del golpe, Schoklender abrió la lista de oradores".

. El cada vez más escandaloso caso de corrupción permanece en lo más alto de los dos diarios de mayor circulación. Francisco Olivera le preguntó a Julio De Vido si pondría las manos en el fuego por Bonafini y la respuesta fue categórica: "Por supuesto, no sólo por Hebe, sino por toda la fundación". "El Gobierno -dice La Nación en su primera página- seguirá apoyando el plan de viviendas bajo sospecha (hasta completar erogaciones por $1000 millones)". Hernán Capiello agrega otro dato interesante: cuando ya había estallado el escándalo, el gobierno porteño le pagó al organismo de derechos humanos casi 10 millones de pesos por un ajuste del presupuesto por la construcción de 780 viviendas en Castañares y General Paz.

Nos robaron y nos traicionaron'") debajo de su título principal ("Las Abuelas apelarán a la Corte por el Caso Noble"). Se pierde la cuenta de la cantidad de artículos y columnas que en este diario hoy aluden al Grupo Clarín de manera negativa.
. Página 12, como La Prensa, prefieren abrir sus ediciones con las consecuencias de la erupción del volcán chileno sobre la Patagonia argentina. La nube de cenizas que pasó sobre Buenos Aires es focal de tapa en La Nación, Clarín (que lo hizo "tema del día"), Tiempo y el Herald, en tanto que en los otros diarios aparecen en títulos e imágenes más pequeños.
. Hugo Moyano sigue presente en algunas portadas de la prensa matutina. La Nación lo pone en su segundo título en importancia, arriba a la derecha ("Complica más a Camioneros el caso de los remedios"). La intensidad de la protesta que protagonizaron los recolectores podría estar vinculada, explica Balinotti, con que una hermana de la víctima trabaja en la Municipalidad de José C. Paz, que conduce Mario Ishii, ex aliado del camionero.

Diez días después de que estalló el escándalo por el presunto manejo irregular de los fondos públicos destinados a la construcción de viviendas, la titular de Madres de Plaza de Mayo, Hebe de Bonafini , decidió separar de su fundación a Pablo Schoklender y a otros 16 empleados de la institución, quienes al igual que éste (ex apoderado de la organización) ya están siendo investigados por el juez Norberto Oyarbide y el fiscal Jorge Di Lello.
"Si cometieron delito, tendrán que pagar. Acabo de separar a Pablo y otras 16 personas, por las dudas, para que quede todo prolijo", afirmó Bonafini en una entrevista con el matutino kirchnerista Tiempo Argentino. Al mismo tiempo, la titular de Madres de Plaza de Mayo -que había calificado el jueves pasado de "pelotudeces" las denuncias- afirmó que el proyecto de construcción de viviendas "va a seguir". Y sostuvo que desconocía los manejos irregulares de Sergio Schoklender, porque "era un tipo que trabajaba 30 horas sobre 24, le pagaba a la gente y las construcciones se hacían".
De todos modos, reconoció que desde hacía mucho tiempo tenía discusiones con el ex apoderado de las Madres. "Hace un año empecé a tener discusiones con él porque quería convertir la fundación en una empresa. Y yo no tengo ningún interés en que esto sea una empresa, quiero que siga siendo una fundación, como está", dijo Bonafini.
La Justicia investiga un entramado de negocios millonarios del ex apoderado de las Madres, el Gobierno y la entidad liderada por Bonafini.
La titular de las Madres recibió ayer una nueva muestra de respaldo del gobierno nacional. "Tengo claro que las Madres no tienen nada que ver con esto", afirmó el jefe de Gabinete, Aníbal Fernández , y negó que la Casa Rosada intente "tapar" las presuntas irregularidades cometidas desde la fundación Nuevos Sueños. "Eso suena a bueno", afirmó Fernández en declaraciones radiales cuando lo consultaron sobre la decisión de apartar a Pablo Schoklender, que luego de cumplir su condena en 2005 se sumó a la fundación Sueños Compartidos de la mano de su hermano Sergio.

Su nombre es sinónimo de lucha, dolor y esperanza, sin embargo, sus números, lejos de la transparencia, parecen estar al rojo vivo. Una cantidad importante de cheques rechazados por falta de fondos y grandes deudas con proveedores inundan las cuentas de Madres de Plaza de Mayo.
¿Cuánto dinero maneja la fundación que lidera Hebe de Bonafini? ¿Por qué desde el Ejecutivo no fiscalizan las cuentas del organismo? ¿Cuánta plata recibe del Gobierno? Cifras que asustan

La historia parece repetirse y nunca acabar. No es la primera vez que la turbulencia invade los números de la fundación que lidera Bonafini. Sin embargo, con el correr de los años la situación parece agravarse y demostrar la ausencia de controles estatales. Si se ingresa en la página del Banco Central de la República Argentina , específicamente en el Registro de Deudores y Cheques Rechazados, y colocando el número de CUIL de Hebe Pastor (27-031113526) o el CUIT de la fundación Madres de Plaza de Mayo (30-709471631), se puede visualizar una nómina detallada de la cantidad de cheques sin fondos que emitieron tanto el organismo no gubernamental como la empresa dedicada a la construcción que comanda Bonafini, Asociación Rebeldía y Esperanza.
Alrededor del 40% de los mismos no fueron cancelados y datan de varios años atrás. Es decir que es dinero que aún deben a proveedores que les han prestado algún servicio o vendido un producto.
La operatoria no llamaría la atención si no fuera por el volumen y el motivo del rechazo. Concretamente, todos están “rebotados” por falta de fondos.
En total son 255 cheques y alcanzan un importe de $ 3.446.611,56, de los cuales fueron abonados 157, por un valor de $ 1.990.927,22.
De las 255 letras de pago rechazadas, 141 pertenecen al presente año, 101 a 2007, 7 a 2006, 3 a 2005 y 3 a 2004.
Resulta evidente que la cantidad de pagos emitidos a través de cheques sin fondos se ha incrementado en los últimos dos años. Durante este período también se engrosó la cantidad de dinero recibido en materia de subsidio.
La mayoría de ellos corresponde a la fundación Madres de Plaza de Mayo, y 11 a la Asociación Rebeldía y Esperanza. Esta empresa, que integran Hebe Pastor y Sergio Shocklender, entre otros, declara, según consta en documentos oficiales, dedicarse a “Servicios n.c.p. Venta al por mayor en comisión o consignación de madera y materiales para la construcción. Fabricación de revestimientos cerámicos”.
Los antecedentes no son para nada alentadores. De hecho, el Juzgado Nacional de Primera Instancia en lo Comercial Nº 1, en el año 2003 decretó la quiebra de Sergio Mauro Shocklender. Luego, y a pedido del Banco Central de la República Argentina , se pidió las inhibiciones de Shocklender y Hebe Pastor hasta el año 2006.
La crisis y la recesión de 2001 obligaron a los bancos a flexibilizar las cuentas corrientes para que la gente no cancelara en estampida las operaciones. Desde ese momento hasta la fecha, sólo abonando la multa que impone la entidad ante la emisión de un cheque sin fondo, se puede mantener la cuenta “abierta”. Es de esta forma que después de 255 cheques sin fondos desde 2004 hasta el corriente mes de 2008, la cuenta de la fundación sigue habilitada para las operaciones. Según explica a La Tecla el doctor Gustavo Gulayín, especialista en derecho bancario, “con tan sólo pagar la multa dentro de los treinta días de rechazado el cheque” el banco permite seguir operando. El letrado señala que esta “flexibilidad” financiera es perjudicial para el sistema cuando la emisión de cheques sin fondos se vuelve una práctica habitual, ya que cada cheque rechazado implica que un proveedor no cobre.
Resulta paradójico comparar las cifras que deben Madres de Plaza de Mayo y Asociación Rebeldía y Esperanza con la cantidad de dinero que recibieron en los últimos doce meses en materia de subsidio estatal. Los números de lo recibido superan llamativamente las cifras de lo adeudado y, sin embargo, las deudas siguen estando, y suman casi un millón y medio de pesos.

Apoyo, alianzas y millones

El gobierno kirchnerista ha enarbolado la bandera de los derechos humanos y tejido alianzas estratégicas con las dos organizaciones más poderosas y populares del país: Madres y Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo. Sus representantes, Estela de Carlotto y Hebe de Bonafini, se transformaron en portavoces oficiales que emergen cada vez que hay un conflicto que afecta al Gobierno nacional, tal como quedó expresado durante la crisis del campo. Allí se las vio apoyando los actos oficialistas, e incluso, en el caso de Hebe de Bonafini, hablando de “enemigos”. Una de sus declaraciones durante el episodio expresaba, en relación con los productores que cortaban las rutas pidiendo la derogación de la 125: “Este es el conflicto de los tipos que todos los días quieren más. De aquellos que hicieron posible la dictadura. De aquellos que quieren entrar por la ventana porque los votos no les dan. Son nuestros enemigos”.
Si bien sus estilos y sus maneras de actuar distan enormemente, lograron ponerse de acuerdo en la defensa acérrima de la política K.
Por lo tanto no es casual que sean las dos organizaciones no gubernamentales que más dinero reciben por parte del Estado nacional. Entre ambas se llevaron en 2007 el 65% de los subsidios otorgados por la Secretaría General de la Presidencia de la Nación.
Lo cierto es que la fundación Madres de Plaza de Mayo es la mayor beneficiaria. Más de 4.500.000 pesos recibió en los últimos doce meses sólo a través de subsidios directos.
Fue beneficiada con 2.780.000 pesos en 2007. Ese monto no incluye las partidas destinadas a la empresa constructora dirigida por Bonafini, que en marzo último sumó a la villa 20 a su campaña de hacer casas populares, que incluye obras en Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Neuquén, Santiago del Estero, Santa Fe, Mendoza, Jujuy, Chaco y Misiones.
Según consigna la planilla de subsidios de la Secretaría General , en 2007 se repartieron 6.465.932 pesos a organizaciones no gubernamentales; casi la mitad de este importe fue otorgado a Hebe de Bonafini.
Es notorio cómo se ha incrementado la cantidad de dinero que recibe Madres con relación a años anteriores. Durante 2006 obtuvo dos pagos de 45.000 pesos cada uno y otro de 100.000 pesos. Aunque ese año la ayuda estatal para el grupo de Bonafini llegó a través de la Secretaría de Ciencia y Técnica, que dio una bonificación de 500.000 pesos con el objetivo de digitalizar la historia de las Madres de Plaza de Mayo.
La cifra de dinero recibido durante los últimos doce meses (4.500.000 pesos) supera la cantidad que Madres de Plaza de Mayo debe, mediante los 255 cheques rechazados que constan en el registro de deudores del Banco Central de la República Argentina. Lo extraño es que desde la Secretaría General de la Nación no fiscalicen y controlen las cuentas de quienes son beneficiados con plata del Estado, que es, en definitiva, dinero que aportan todos los argentinos.

Edgar Poe consideró que era un excelente caso para que resolviera C. Auguste Dupin, el detective amateur que por esos días había creado. Así nació "El misterio de Marie Rog¬t", cuento que publicó en la revista Ladies' Companion en noviembre de 1842. El texto sólo presentaba dos cambios con respecto a la historia real: la víctima no trabajaba en una tabaquería sino en una perfumería y el cadáver no aparecía flotando en el Hudson sino en el Sena; como se recordará, Dupin vivía en París.

"El misterio de Marie Rog¬t", revelaría Poe, "fue escrito lejos de la escena del asesinato y sin otros medios de investigación que los datos de los periódicos". A lo largo del relato, C. Auguste Dupin señalaba las pistas que había que seguir para llegar hasta el homicida de Marie Rog¬t. Cuando por fin apresaron al asesino de Mary Cecilia Rogers observaron que éste había ejecutado el crimen tal como Edgar Poe lo anticipara en su cuento.

El cadáver apareció en el cuarto de baño de su casa, en el Carmel, un country exclusivo y excluyente. Pero tal como sucediera con Mary Cecilia Rogers, este asesinato se convirtió en un hecho mediático. No podía ser de otro modo: la víctima porta un apellido que aunque dista de ser patricio ha logrado cierta importancia en la sociedad porteña.

Su crimen, por otra parte, sintetiza lo mejor del género policial en sus dos vertientes: la novela enigma y la novela negra. Posee la violencia de Dashiell Hammett y el misterio de Agatha Christie. "Los diez indiecitos" sucede en una isla tan vedada a desconocidos como el country Carmel. En "Los diez indiecitos" el asesino necesariamente tiene que ser uno de los escasos habitantes de esa isla. Todo indicaría que el asesino de María Marta García Belsunce también debería hallarse entre los moradores del country.

Aquí finaliza el símil con la ficción. Tal como lo instituyera Poe, en la literatura policial se analizan todas las pistas, ya sean verdaderas o falsas, hasta llegar al criminal. Esa norma se mantiene inalterable desde entonces. En la mayoría de los casos el asesino comete un error, ese error será su perdición. En el crimen de María Marta García Belsunce los errores se repiten sin descanso, pero en lugar de alumbrar al culpable cada día lo oscurecen más. ¿A quién beneficia tanta penumbra?

El domingo 27 de octubre al entrar en su casa Carlos Carrascosa tuvo que haber visto las manchas de sangre que se repetían a lo largo de la escalera. En el baño de la planta alta descubrió, dice, el cuerpo de su esposa: María Marta García Belsunce. Estaba, dice, apoyada sobre el borde de la bañadera. No hay por qué evocarla, desde hace semanas se repite sin descanso en casi todos los diarios y revistas de Buenos Aires. Parece un folletín por entregas, con un nuevo sospechoso cada día.

Todo crimen necesita de un asesino, y siempre hay un motivo para matar al otro. En la novela enigma se ofrecen diferentes móviles, desde el cobro de una herencia hasta la ejecución de una venganza; sin olvidar el desenfreno de las pasiones no correspondidas. La norma exige que el asesino esté entre los personajes principales. En los primeros tiempos la culpa caía sobre el mayordomo. Hoy ni el menos perspicaz de los lectores lo admite, por lo que está tácitamente prohibido que los mayordomos manchen sus manos con sangre. En el capítulo final, Sherlock Holmes o Hercules Poirot revelaban el nombre del criminal que, oh sorpresa, era justamente aquel en el que menos habíamos pensado.

Quienes están armando el relato en torno al crimen de María Marta García Belsunce cumplen fielmente con las normas de la novela enigma. A la hora de buscar al verdugo tuvieron la gentileza de prescindir del mayordomo y en su lugar propusieron a un vecino, supuesto ladrón de perros y palos de golf. En esta primera oferta el móvil era la venganza. Parecía interesante, pero se liquidó a los tres días de estar en vidriera. Sin embargo, insistieron con el tema de la venganza, aún quedaba algo por explotar: un oscuro conflicto financiero.

Para ambos casos el diccionario de la lengua brinda la misma definición: "tapar, disfrazar, esconder a la vista". Sin embargo, el fiscal amigo de la familia entiende que "encubrir" significa un delito penal, en tanto que "ocultar" no pasa de ser una mera estupidez. Según sus palabras, los García Belsunce serían estúpidos pero no delincuentes: no encubrieron sino que ocultaron las importunas manchas de sangre.

Por su parte, el fiscal que atiende la causa parece ser un devoto de la serie "CSI, Crime Scene Investigation" que transmite la televisión por cable. En esos episodios es común que a partir de un mínimo trozo de uña hallado en la escena del crimen se descubra el sexo, la edad y hasta el estado civil del criminal. Fiel a esos parámetros, nuestro fiscal ha decidido tomarles impresiones digitales a todos los habitantes del Carmel y ha dispuesto que se analice cuanto corpúsculo aparezca en la escena del crimen; escena que, habrá que recordar, fue modificada minutos después de haberse cometido el asesinato. En la serie "CSI" los resultados de los análisis se obtienen de inmediato. Aquí pueden demorarse de dos a tres semanas.

En tanto, el caso continúa sin resolverse y, para colmo, no contamos con Edgar Poe y su infalible C. Auguste Dupin. Acaso haya que volver a la otra variante del género: la novela negra. En las historias de Hammett o de Chandler poco importa la identidad del criminal, esos textos dan cuenta de una sociedad corrupta en donde el crimen es sólo una consecuencia lógica. Quizá nunca lleguemos a saber quién mató a María Marta García Belsunce y por qué la mataron, pero lo que ya resulta imposible de disimular es la hipocresía que salió a la luz no bien la familia de la víctima comenzó a borrar rastros y manchas de sangre.
