Marta Cascales, la mujer del secretario de Comercio Guillermo Moreno, intervino en la escritura de constitución de la constructora Meldorek, que pertenece a Sergio Schoklender, y es el eje del escándalo desatado por los desvíos de dinero que el Gobierno le dio a las Madres de Plaza de Mayo para la construcción de viviendas.
Meldorek, que recibió cheques del gobierno y es la propietaria de dos aviones, un yate y varios autos de lujos, fue constituida por dos jubiladas prestanombres el 4 de junio del 2003: Inmaculada Concepción Fazio y Noemí Raquel Averza ante Vanina Kartofel en la escribanía de Marta Cascales.
Las dos jubiladas (una de ellas de casi 80 años) también “crearon” con el auspicio de Cascales otras 46 empresas, tres de ellas que cobraron subsidios a la producción agropecuaria del ONCCA (Ver “ Otras ...”).
Luego las “accionistas” nombraron presidente de Meldorek a Daniel Laurenti, otro hombre del entorno de Schoklender, según consta en el expediente presentado ante la dirección provincial de Personas Judiciales al que accedió Clarín .
La sede original fue Rosales 855 de la localidad bonaerense de Ramos Mejía, la misma que Monetización y otras empresas vinculadas a Schoklender que ahora investiga la Justicia por lavado de dinero.
Cascales, de 67 años, se hizo conocida el año pasado cuando protagonizó, junto a Moreno, un incidente con otros comensales en una taberna vasca.
En el historia de Meldorek julio del 2008 fue otra fecha clave. Ese día la escribana Cascales certificó que Laurenti le dio un poder especial al contador Fernando Koval, otro hombre de confianza de Schoklendeer. En enero de este año, la mujer de Moreno certificó que Alejandro Gotkin fue nombrado presidente de Meldorek. Gotkin es la misma persona que fue empleado de la Fundación y tiene a nombre suyo y de su esposa una docena de autos de lujo, entre ellos, una Ferrari, un BMW y dos Audi. Y lo más importante que el director titular de la empresa pasaba a ser el propio Schoklender. La decisión del ex apoderado de blanquear su situación -pese a que hasta el sábado pasado en una entrevista con Clarín lo negó- quizás tuvo que ver con la crisis interna de la fundación Madres de Plaza de Mayo y su inminente salida que recién se practicó la semana pasada.
El que pagó para la publicación de ese cambio del directorio de Meldorek en el boletín oficial de la provincia de Buenos Aires fue el contador Koval. En su historia, Meldorek, además del domicilio de Ramos Mejía, tuvo otro en Alvarez Thomas 198 de esta capital, el mismo que Schoklender dio a la AFIP cuando se registró como monotributista de categoría II que solo puede facturar no más de 25 mil pesos por año.
El lunes Schoklender había dicho que podía comprar una Ferrari con su patrimonio y que iba a demostrar que se compró con su plata “hasta el último tornillo” de sus bienes.
Negó haber desviado fondos de las Madres y afirmó que su fortuna proviene de la venta de patentes tecnológicas, como las usadas para construir viviendas de las Madres. Sin embargo, hasta ahora no tiene ni una habilitada en la Argentina, EE.UU. y Europa.
