Al mejor estilo hollywoodense, la Justicia argentina tendrá su premiación. Pero no habrá alfombra roja ni glamour. Todo lo contrario. Un grupo de fiscales, abogados y profesores de derecho quieren demostrar, con humor, su descontento con lo que consideran un Poder Judicial anacrónico con los tiempos actuales y para eso “reconocerán” a los peores jueces del 2010 con el premio “Petiso Orejudo”, el mítico criminal argentino.

Será en “La Fiesta de la Justicia” que se realizará a fin de mes en Parque Patricios, una iniciativa que se inició en la red social Twitter y que ahora invita a todas las personas que lo deseen a votar en las siete categorías creadas para elegir a los peores magistrados del año.

“El motivo de la entrega de premios consiste en exponer críticamente la actuación de quienes administran justicia. –explican los organizadores- Será una demostración de nuestro poder ciudadano y el ejercicio de nuestro derecho a la crítica política. Queremos premiar aquellos fallos que aplican criterios que son irracionales como lo que representa el Petiso Orejudo”, le explicó a Diariojudicial.com Alberto Bovino, abogado y profesor universitario y uno de los organizadores de la Fiesta.

Pero no solo se premiará lo peor de la Justicia. También se entregará el “Cayetano Santos Godino de Oro” para “los méritos reales de un juez o de una jueza por su trayectoria como miembro del poder judicial”. Cayetano Santos Godino era el nombre del Petiso Orejudo y el ganador de este reconocimiento será elegido por los organizadores.
