Usurpaciones,un negocio terrenal.

Transcribo a continuación un mail que envie a Diario el Sol de Concordia,Entre Rios por el tema de usurpaciónes de terrenos,en el cual me veo perjudicado por estos dias,y pido que si alguien pasa por la misma situacion que yo,me hace el favor de escribirme,para intercambiar opiniones.
Primero la nota publicada por el diario,la cual me parece excelente,y luego mi mail.

USURPACIONES PROGRAMADAS Y LA MANO NEGRA DE ALGUIEN

    Buenas noches,queria felicitar por la excelente nota que fue publicada el dia 16/05 titulada"USURPACIONES PROGRAMADAS Y LA MANO NEGRA DE ALGUIEN".
Soy oriundo de Concordia y actualmente vivo en Buenos Aires,somos 3 hermanos quienes tenemos un terreno usurpado de 7.500 metros cuadrados desde hace mas de 2 años,entre las calles 2 de abril y liebermann,en Concordia.
La ultima vez que fui no pude contener la impotencia que da ver como se hecha a perder algo por lo que mi papá brego tanto,impotencia por que yo acá en Buenos Aires pago un alquiler de 1.200 pesos mensual y a duras penas me alcanza para subsistir,mientras que estos"vivos" tiene luz gratis,agua gratis y no se si hasta cloacas(si hasta lineas de colectivo en la esquina tienen!!!).
Yo me tuve que ir de Concordia cuando el nefasto Montiel y su amigo De la Rua llevaron a la ruina a Concordia y al pais,era irme o morirme de hambre.Ni siquiera cuando mi papá se jubiló en Direccion de cultura,30 años empleado municipal,con medalla incluida,alguna vez se dignaron a darle el puesto que dejaba a alguno de mis hermanos?y eso que el iba casi todos los dias a ver si le daban el ansiado puesto de ordenanza,hasta que su salud dijo basta.
¿Habra alguna vez un mea culpa politico por los muertos que dejaron en el camino?¿habiendo tantos que tiene a sus parientes trabajando allí dentro,ingresados a dedos,les dolera algo?
No niego que Concordia a crecido bastante.Plazas renovadas,edificios pintorescos,nueva peatonal,costanera imponente.
Pero se me hace un calco de lo que pasa acá en Buenos Aires,que da gusto caminar por Puerto Madero,por la costanera,el aeroparque etc.Pero a un par de cuadras esta la villa 31,con sus tiroteos,sus muerto y la gente hacinada y saliendo a robar a cualquiera en cualquier punto de la ciudad.No todos obvio,pero una manzana podrida pudre a todas las demas.
A Concordia se la esta descuidando mucho en toda su periferia,me parece perfecto que se venda una Concordia turistica,llena de lugares atractivos,Pero estan tomando el modelo Capitalino de apostar al turismo para que los ingresos que entren sean destinados a obras y servicios publicos,Y ahora Macri tiene alrededor de 1.000.000 de personas viviendo en villas dificiles de erradicar.Hace poco queria hacer un desalojo parcial de la 31,con el objetivo de vender esas tierras y volcarlas a viviendas para los desalojados,pero dio marcha atras cuando los compradores dijeron que no querian levantar un barrio de alta categoria al lado de la gente restante que quedaba de la villa.
Lo mismo pasa en Concordia¿que esperan?¿que sean un millón?Cuando quisimos vender,al IAPV dijeron que si el lugar estaba tomado no lo comprarian,y que el precio del metro cuadrado en ese sitio era de 4 pesos!!!obviamente preguntamos por que tan bajo el precio,las textuales palabras fueron:por que a dos cuadras tiene una villa sobre Paula Albarracín de Sarmiento y Liebermann!!!
Es dantesco,pero es verdad,con mis hermanos nos resignamos y lo ofertamos a la municipalidad,la respuesta:el departamento tierras no esta comprando terrenos por el momento.¿entonces?¿en que quedamos?
Ahora esta en manos de una abogada en Concordia,quien nos dijo que con suerte,el juicio de desalojo salga para dentro de un año,con suerte.
No hay ninguna duda que detras de todo esto,como dice la nota,se esconde una mano negra,la misma que pasa los datos desde la municipalidad informando que terrenos estan"libres"para ser tomados,lamentablemente por razones laborales no pudimos hacerle frente desde allá,y los que se tendrian que hacer cargo de esta situacion,dejan que se maten pobres contra pobres,por que el dia de mañana,cuando se desaloje el lugar,se van a querer meter otra vez y vuelta a empezar.

TENGO TESTIGOS QUE VIVEN A LA VUELTA DEL TERRENO,QUE DIAS ANTES DE LA USURPACION,UNA MOTONIVELADORA DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD ESTABA ALLANADO EL TERRENO.CUANDO UN VECINO LE PREGUNTO AL MAQUINISTA POR QUE HACIA ESO,DIJO QUE SOLO ESTABA HACIENDO LIMPIEZA...UN PAR DE DIAS DESPUES YA ESTABA USURPADO.
NO VOY A DAR NOMBRES,POR AHORA,PERO LOS PUNTEROS SON MUY FACILES DE RECONOCER,SON LOS QUE USURPARON EL TERRENO MAS GRANDE.
YO PREGUNTO¿QUIEN LES HIZO LA BAJADA DE LUZ?¿ELLOS?¿DE DONDE SACARON LAS MADERAS PARA CONSTRUIR LAS CASILLAS?SI ESTO NO ES PREMEDITACIÓN¿QUE ES?
